He took over the reins of a factory that was running losses due to internal financial mismanagement, deep-dived into various aspects of the enterprise, and powered by his international education, brought systems and processes into the management style.

Every morning he would review the MIS reports and found resistance from old entrenched staffers. He dug in his heels and took a bold decision to axe errant staffers. His message was carried forward, loud and clear, and within a period of two years, the factory made sterling profits.

Arvinder Singh Pasricha alias ASP is a successful serial entrepreneur who has formed and grown many successful enterprises. One of his most recent successes is a national women’s apparel brand called W which he championed alongside his co-founders and teammates to create the largest retail chain exclusively for women’s garments with over 650 showrooms across India. W and its sibling Aurelia grew to become household names and the enterprise went on to get listed on the National Stock Exchange and found great favor with the markets. W thereafter merged with the Aditya Birla group and is now slated to become an International Brand for Contemporary Indian Ethnic Wear.

Earlier in his journey, he co-founded TCNS Clothing, a garment manufacturing setup that had factories employing a few thousand workers across three manufacturing centers in Chennai, Bangladesh, and Delhi. TCNS earned global recognition for quality & integrity and supplied garments to leading global brands across Europe and America.

ASP is a keen investor and enjoys dabbling in the stock markets, something he understands intuitively. He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys his time golfing, swimming, and playing squash with his younger friends. He is also a family man and alongside his soulmate, Bubbles, he nurtured a well-knit family that enjoys long and frequent vacations together.

Through his journey at TCNS, as a manufacturing company, he grew fond of building factories and offices and would take special interest in ensuring every fine detail of construction and interiors was executed to perfection. He now wants to channel his perfectionist traits to create a brand for delivering world-class office spaces together with his team. His edifices tend to be grandiose and iconic and he almost always uses the silhouette to articulate an aesthetic composition that is simple and yet not obvious. His favorite material is stone and enjoys the juxtaposition of textured and smooth surfaces to create his compositions. Anand Sharma is an eminent architect and designer with a wide range of project diversities to his credit, ranging from airports, retail and mixed-use developments, boutique residential properties, and education infrastructure projects. Guwahati Airport, Sainik School, City Centre Mall, Gulf Adiba, Emerald Garden, Merchant Plaza, and High Town are some of his notable contributions to the urban built form as part of his pursuit of nation-building. He is currently working on the redevelopment of some of the most exclusive retail destinations in Delhi like Emporio and Promenade Malls for DLF Universal.
