Meet the Visionaries Behind WOCO
At WOCO, our leadership team does more than run day-to-day operations: they are experience creators.
Each WOCO office space evokes the leadership team's vision of intelligent design, operational excellence, and spaces built to enable teams to do their best work. From ideation to delivery, this group of leaders commits to ensuring WOCO is not just another commercial building developer, but a brand that is creating sustainable and inspiring workspaces.

Angad is the force behind WOCO, applying both strategic vision and a deep understanding of modern work behaviours to the business. His goal is to create office spaces that are functional, intelligent and sustainable workplaces that support the companies and teams that call it home.
He proved early in his career that he could solve complex problems by turning around a failing factory. By examining the operation, initiating process improvements, and making difficult staffing decisions, Angad helped the factory move from a losing position to making a profit in two years, which showcased his commitment to his leadership.
At WOCO, Angad shows the same dedication and enthusiasm. He leads WOCO to be a pioneer in sustainability, incorporating smart technologies and hospitality-grade services. For him, a workplace is not just a location for people to work; it is an ecosystem that fosters innovation, collaboration, and well-being.

Arvinder Singh Pasricha is a serial entrepreneur involved in fashion, manufacturing, and major businesses. He co-founded TCNS Clothing and launched multiple factories in India and abroad. He developed W, a national women’s apparel brand that grew to more than 650 showrooms and was merged with the Aditya Birla Group.
His eye for detail and perfectionist tendencies now drive WOCO to change commercial office space. Arvinder ensures every WOCO office space meets international quality standards, from the building materials, interiors, and tenant experience to sustainability.
A sports lover and dedicated family man, Arvinder believes great workplaces enable teams to achieve their highest potential. At WOCO, he leverages a lifetime of experience to create a portfolio of WOCO Grade A offices that are all designed to be the highest levels of design, comfort, and operational efficiency.

Goonmeet is a prominent urban designer and architect, responsible for landmark projects across the nation, including Vanijya Bhawan, Select City Walk, and Kaushal Bhawan. Co-founding Design Forum International, he has delivered over 100 million sq. ft. of built space in India.
DFI is now among the prestigious Forbes 30 top architectural firms of India, with a team of over 150 architects and pursues an architectural style that is contemporary, contextual, and sustainable.
Goonmeet makes every WOCO space iconic and functional. He believes good architecture must be beautiful enough to be a landmark, but still provides an environment for interaction, collaboration, and productivity. By using textures, materials, and light, he builds WOCO office spaces designed to be alive; spaces that people want to work in, be social, and innovate in.

Anand has a broad architectural scope, having designed everything from airports to retail destinations and boutique residential and education buildings. His previous works include Guwahati Airport, City Centre Mall, and redevelopment projects at Emporio Mall and Promenade Mall in Delhi.
A leader in passive sustainability, Anand utilises self-shading, cross ventilation, and contextualised design to inform environmentally responsible and high-performing commercial office space design. At WOCO, he guarantees that every WOCO office space demonstrates an integration of function, aesthetics, and sustainability that provides a workspace to our tenants conducive to creativity, health, and productivity.
Anand resituates WOCO’s spaces from a simple office to an experience through his design, where architecture and life coalesce with each other.
